I want to create some attraction between me and one of my colleagues who is married. I think flirting would be a good idea. But how do i go about it because she is married. |

Flirting with married women is not that simple because when women are newly married, there entire focus is on their husband. If she is not newly married then you can try your flirting skills with her.
You can begin by complimenting her clothes and tease her by asking if she is going out somewhere with her husband. When you compliment her daily, she will put in extra efforts to look good. Someday you can ask her to wear something in blue/red (your fav color) and see if she does that. Shower her with compliments if she does that.
When you become good friends, she would not reject your offer of having coffee after office hours.
Slowly slowly you can start making eye contact and keep teasing her. If your sense of humour is good, she will enjoy your company.
