So now you are part of the dating arena and have a nice and impressive profile on the site. What next? You start approaching different people and also start interaction with them. You are serious about finding a partner but is the person sitting on the other end also serious about it? Here are a few things you must know before trusting anyone on dating sites.
1.People have fake pictures: You look at a profile picture and find it impressive enough to approach him. But what if it is fake? Yes it is true that many men and women use pictures of models or others as their profile pic. So do not get influenced by a nice pic. If you are not too sure about the picture, show it to your friends to know if it is of some model or hero. Or you can even ask the person to send you few casual pics to confirm if it is his picture.
2.False Name and Relationship Status: Many people who are already in a relationship or are married make their profiles on dating sites with false names and relationship status. Such people will never have their profile picture or will have a fake picture. They will not give you their contact information so easily and if they give, they will not take your calls at odd hours when they are at their home.
 3.Occupation and Income: To attract beautiful women, many tell their high incomes and false occupation. Sometimes even students fake their age and say anything about themselves. Women are no less. Some even say they are models. So it is always better not to believe people till you don’t meet them.4.Do not give out personal information: If you and your online partner have become really good friends and he asks you for some money or any personal information, give it at your own risk. Do not give contact information or credit card details to anyone at any cost. People with fake profiles may use it for their advantage. Also do not ever send your pictures to anyone’s mail id. From the beginning show this attitude so that the other person knows what kind of person you are.
Online Dating is not that bad. It’s just that you need to be extra cautious with people online. Everything has its advantages and disadvantages. Focus on the advantages and take precautions as there is no undo in life.
